Max Knife Grade Thick Consistency Vinyl Ester Glue is the next generation of advanced vinyl ester adhesive technology. Designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, this heavy-bodied formula delivers exceptional strength, clarity, and reliability across a variety of stone and engineered materials.
During application, Max Knife Grade remains virtually clear in film, creating a smooth, glossy finish that is easy to polish. Developed with the latest resin technology, it provides excellent adhesion, superior durability, and very low yellowing, even in UV-exposed or outdoor environments.
This fast-curing formula keeps projects moving efficiently — with a gel time of just 4–5 minutes and a complete cure in under 20 minutes. Its thick, non-drip consistency ensures the glue stays precisely where it’s applied, making it ideal for vertical edges and detailed fabrication work while minimizing cleanup.
Because the product remains nearly colorless when spread, it is especially effective on white and light-colored materials. Max Knife Grade also accepts pigment exceptionally well, allowing for precise color matching with minimal dye use.

Application
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust before applying.
If tinting, add the coloring paste to the resin and mix thoroughly before adding the catalyst. Use caution not to over-color, as excessive pigment may affect the final result.
Mixing Ratio: 100 parts resin to 2–3 parts catalyst (see chart for reference).
Stir thoroughly and apply immediately. Do not return unused mixed product to the can. Reseal tightly after each use.
