During application, Ultra Knife Grade appears nearly invisible in film, providing a smooth, clear finish ideal for high-precision work. Engineered with cutting-edge resin materials, it offers outstanding adhesion, low yellowing under UV exposure, and a brilliantly glossy cure that’s easy to polish to perfection.
A fast-curing formula keeps production moving — with a gel time of just 4–5 minutes and a complete cure in about 25 minutes. The glue’s drip-less consistency ensures it stays on edges and vertical surfaces without running, simplifying cleanup and improving efficiency.
Because the formula remains almost colorless when applied, it’s particularly suited for light or white materials where clarity and color precision matter most. It also accepts color pigments exceptionally well, allowing for accurate tone matching with minimal dye usage.

Application
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and dust-free before applying.
If tinting, mix the coloring paste thoroughly into the resin before adding the catalyst. Use caution not to over-color, as excessive pigment may alter performance.
Mixing Ratio: 100 parts resin to 2–3 parts catalyst (see chart for details).
Stir thoroughly and apply immediately. Do not return unused mixed product to the can. Reseal tightly after each use.
